ATTENTION ALL COUPLES!!!
Massage relaxes the muscles,
soothes the tired soul, and creates
a sense of well-being.
Come and enjoy an informative,
fun workshop designed to give you
the knowledge, skills, and practice
needed to confidently work on that
special someone. You will
learn the art of massage and how to
enjoy its benefits in the privacy of
your own home while creating a
healing, healthy environment.
The workshop will cover a brief
history of massage, the benefits of
massage, indications, and
contraindications for massage, the
four basic massage strokes and the
major muscles of the body.
Most of the workshop will be
hands-on so you will get plenty of
practice time.
Included in the workshop are
lunch and a workbook and massage
cream to take home.
Participants are asked to bring a
set of sheets, blanket, and pillow
with pillowcase (*Note: twin size
bedding is best, but any size will
work).
Ladies may wear two piece bathing
suit or loose fitting shorts and a
sports top. Men should wear
bathing trunks or gym shorts.
